Norma L. Krech, Managing Partner, Performance Excellence
Acting President and Board Co-Chair of Colorado’s Malcolm Baldrige Excellence program (CPEx) and an examiner on the U.S. Secretary of Commerce’s national Malcolm Baldrige Award team, Norma leads Red Bead’s Performance Excellence consulting group.
With a diverse background and 15 years experience in executive coaching, strategic planning, and balanced scorecard system development, Norma is nationally reknown as a trusted advisor to the Energy, Services, and Healthcare industries.

Jeannine Carter, Business Partner Executive, Diversity & Change Management
A Stanford undergrad and Kellogg MBA, Jeannine brings a strong foundational background and an impressive resumé of experience at IBM, Deloitte, and Monster Worldwide to the Red Bead team as leader of Red Bead’s Human Resource Solutions practice.

Michelle Klein, Business Partner Executive, Healthcare Solutions
A graduate of the University of Colorado with an MBA and MS in Healthcare Administration, Michelle joins Red Bead as leader of our Healthcare Solutions practice with over 10 years of experience in Acute Care, long-term, in-home, group practice, and specialty services. Her areas of content expertise include development of quality metrics, accreditation, leadership coaching, team building, cost reduction, and access challenges for healthcare administrators, policy-makers, and consumers.
With a diverse and long list of clients that includes hospitals, group practices, cardiovascular service lines, Nursing Administration/Staffing service lines, government agencies, and public healthcare issues campaigns, Michelle has forged a reputation as an individual who leverages and synthesizes experience, knowledge, and industry best practice to craft and successfully deliver innovative solutions to a broad spectrum of client needs and challenges.
An activist and prominent member of Colorado’s healthcare community network, Michelle is a board member of the Colorado Association of Healthcare Executives (Colorado chapter of ACHE) and a board member of the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women campaign.

Kris Brazeal, Business Partner, Performance Excellence
A General Electric-trained, certified Master Black Belt, Kris joins Red Bead through partnership with the Acuity Institute. Since joining the company in 2002, Kris has been integral to design and delivery of the school’s robust suite of Lean and Six Sigma training and certification offerings.
His extensive and impressive resumé includes work experience in General Electric’s Appliances and Financial Assurance businesses, Johnson & Johnson, the Better Business Bureau, Fidelity Investments, Wells Fargo, and the Denver Public Schools.
